Cattlemen's is an Oklahoma City institution. At 52 I've eaten there since I was 8. However, the new owners, who claim to have changes nothing, have. The dressing is not the same, and Cattlemen's wonderful homemade rolls, which used to be served with real butter, are gone. Small bottled cokes, served with glasses of ice, are gone. Instant mashed potatoes and boxed pasty gravy have also replaced the real things. I'm sure many Oklahomans want the real Cattlemen's back. I do!!!
